Rhea County Tennessee 911 Successfully Deploys ZETRON 911 Phone System

June 22, 2015:  GeoConex® Corporation assisted Rhea County 911 with the replacement of their aging phone system with a Zetron MAX Call-Taking Next Generation 9-1-1 telecommunications system.  GeoConex® is an authorized dealer for Zetron mission-critical communications solutions.  Rhea County and GeoConex® have been partners since 2010 when they purchased new CAD and mapped ALI systems. 

The Zetron MAX CT offers a full range of features and functionality including: intelligent user interface, automatic call recovery, low power consumption, high reliability and cost-effective scalability, digital end-to-end IP, and remote access and maintenance. 

With the phone system upgrade and existing CAD system, Rhea County’s 911 Director, Shane Clark “has been very pleased with service” they have received.
